The Assistant Manager, Danny came and asked me if I would like something to drink, and came back saying there were no cups, but he would get one for me. A couple of minutes later he came back with a complimentary coffee mug all washed and filled with the beverage of choice. Then, when my car was finished, I got into a washed and vacuumed vehicle!
