Our problem was related to electrical damage on my new Hyundai related to rodent activity. Jesse, the service representative, was most knowledgable, helpful and reassuring. While we waited for 4 hours in the waiting room, the problem areas were diagnosed and the parts replaced. The electrical components were completely restored and our car was carefully cleaned. In addition, Jesse helped us make an ICBC claim while we were still at the service centre providing all the documentation necessary. We appreciated the conscientious work ethic and courteous service provided. A special thanks to Jesse Dawson! More
