Customer Service was excellent. Jessie looked me in the eye, was knowledgeable and respectful. I do still have a concern that Hyundai isn’t addressing and that is the hesitance that’s I am experiencing wh eye, was knowledgeable and respectful. It doesn’t happen often but it is a concern bc it only takes one time for it to happen and I’m in an accident. I know the issue exists in other models...I would like o hear from someone from HO to discuss the master. I have brought it up twice now and bc the mechanics can’t make it happen when they test drive I’m being dismissed. More
