This is not a serious problem, but was told that it may require me bringing the vehicle back during the week when there is more staff as they may have to keep the vehicle longer and have to remove the seat in order to get to the root of the problem. It's on me that I was late in coming in for this particular service (32500 KM one...) and had slid past the 2-year free maintenance promo period even though my mileage is/was below the cutoff, so unfortunately it wasn't a complimentary visit this time. Nevertheless, as a very long time Murray service department customer I'll still be back as always. More
