The guy won't even come out from the back when I went in for an oil change. Will never buy a new vehicle from them again. More
horrible, attitude I had been looking at a vehicle at this dealership for awhile , so my husband and I went in to see about a trade in on my escape and a deal on the enc I had been looking at a vehicle at this dealership for awhile , so my husband and I went in to see about a trade in on my escape and a deal on the encore I wanted. we did a counter offer( which wasn't a ridiculous offer) and the salesman was such a self righteous, arrogant individual that he had the ignorance to say, "well, ill tell you what, I wont even bother taking this offer to my manager." Apparently the thought we were idiots when we did a counter offer. He threw subtle digs into the conversation when he had the chance. My husband and I just walked out. Id NEVER recommend this business to anybody! This guy was your stereo typical, weasel car salesman. A week later we went into the Langley dealership, best service ever. Walked out of Langley with the exact same car. Less mileage, less money More
Selling cars like the old days Walked in made a deal I was comfortable with and drove away in a new car within 3 hours. The sales person went over every option of the car, something I thought no longer existed purchasing the last 3 vehicles elsewhere. They drove up the car spotless and full of gas, again something I had not experienced buying the last three cars from JP Chrysler in Surrey. All in all I think they did very well. Only thing I would change is for them to have more information available on the GM maintenance plan offered for additional $$. Looks like it is a good deal but I understand it is not available after you leave the lot. More
BAD service This is in regard to service only. During service visit I was told I had a dirty air filter but this was not the case , during the visit they had torn This is in regard to service only. I have spoken to Murray personal and also to GM regarding this problem with no resolve. So much for GM'S service satisfaction survey. More
