No hello no hi no acknowledgement you exist I went into the dealership, walked around the parking lot checking trucks. Came inside the showroom, sat inside a Colorado, kept checking it out, look I went into the dealership, walked around the parking lot checking trucks. Came inside the showroom, sat inside a Colorado, kept checking it out, looked under neath the truck...5 staff members that seemed like sales professionals passed by, none greeted or offered assistance. The two ladies at the counter right in front of the SUV did not bother either. I guess I probably look poor who cannot afford a vehicle I guess. I finally left the dealership, never coming back even if their prices are lower. More

Good news, bad news :) Brought in my '99 DeVille for a coolant issue and was told after the inspection that the vehicle will require a head casket repair.
