2014 Chev Sonic Aug 9-17 service Cole did an excellent job looking after my services needs on this visit - oil change, tire rotation, a door lock grommet that have worked itself loose Cole did an excellent job looking after my services needs on this visit - oil change, tire rotation, a door lock grommet that have worked itself loose and checking the undercarriage for a noise from the rear suspension possibly (only when car is sitting overnight and can be heard when I get in to in morning - before I start it). The first 2 items your team completed in 1.5 hrs - way faster than I expected which was great. The grommet needed to be ordered from the US - no big deal. And the noise - the technician did a review while the car was on the hoist for the tire rotation and found nothing that appeared incorrect or showing up as an issue. This helped alleviate my concern - I may do some further checking on this as well. But I am satisfied that it's been looked at for anything major. Thank you to Cole and your team. More

Routine service All good. They were ready when I arrived at the appointed time, checked the car and got on with it. Car was returned nice and clean. I'm still having All good.
