I leased a 2023 Cadillac XT5 from Murray last April and they refuse to repair the many electrical issues, peeling paint and loose trim from a previous repair they did. (all issues noted during delivery in April) My bad for leasing this vehicle from them considering the numerous issues I previously encountered with their service department on other vehicles, but I was sucked in by fake hugs, fake smiles and fake I have your back crap from their GM. I asked him three times to sit down with me to sort things out (I have never shouted or made a scene), but he is a better salesman than manager and he chooses to bad mouth me instead of doing what is right. There is a long list of issues with this dealership (sales, service and detail) and most of them could have been resolved with communication if either Chris Murray or Ryan Christie were reasonable men. It's sad...they even got angry with me for buying my 2023 Camaro SS from another dealer when they didn't take me seriously and refused to order me one...really? More

Don't bother bringing your British cars to them, just let your dealership maintain your car for service and fix it as they have very little knowledge to finish the job. Just recently had 2 different services with them and have to bring both again to another shop as service was poor and cost me more money again.
