Very arrogant, poor attitude by Jason Gourlie, one of the finance managers I was basically told that they are the only ones that had what I wanted, either pay the price or buzz off. The salesman, Jerem finance managers I was basically told that they are the only ones that had what I wanted, either pay the price or buzz off. The salesman, Jeremy Patterson, was very poor, he never even gave me his contact information. I made a deal over the phone and was told I’m lucky to even get this vehicle. I have purchased over 50 new vehicles in the Calgary and surrounding area. I have never once had the same treatment as I received at Murray Chevrolet in Lethbridge. Hopefully I just had bad luck and ran into 2 unprofessional people. I would suggest that if you’re looking to purchase a vehicle, possibly make Murray’s in Lethbridge your last choice, there’s much better places to shop. More
