We never felt rushed or pushed to buy, just informed. We had already decided on a comfortable price point for our car purchase, hence our choice in the cruze, good price and solid car. We did not expect the additional discounts that were given to us, that was a nice bonus. We were introduced to all the staff, congratulated on our purchase, and the options didn't end there.
