Bad Service vist I phoned in for a appointment to get my 2015 Equinox serviced and the tire rotated the following week i was told that they have a express lane for I phoned in for a appointment to get my 2015 Equinox serviced and the tire rotated the following week i was told that they have a express lane for oil changes and to just arrive and they would take care of it. I bought the vehicle new from them and have had them doing the service on it for the lst couple oil changes. I took the vehicle into lethbridge to have it done, when i arrived at Murrays around 10 am and i was told they were to busy doing other things to do the service and could not do the oil change for at least four hours. i told them i just drove a hour and half to get there i also told them about phoning in about getting a appointment and i was only in lethbridge for a couple hours they said they could not help me. More
