Vehicle detailed When picking up my truck there was still dirty spots in the exterior. I believe it is aphid droppings. Oil change A couple concerns, I was not aware that Murray’s had a mandatory multi-point inspection, not disagreeing that it’s not important but I was never asked A couple concerns, I was not aware that Murray’s had a mandatory multi-point inspection, not disagreeing that it’s not important but I was never asked it just appeared on my service bill. Normally no issues on the time it takes to pick up my vehicle, but this time it took 12 minutes and unfortunately it was on a day that I had another appointment that I was late for. It was not the service persons fault as I believe she was outside probably helping someone else. The disappointing part is seeing four other service personnel and no one acknowledging my presence or offering to help. More
