Brought my car in for some issues. They could no duplicate issue but gave option to drive around with someone from service. When I went to pick up my vehicle no one was available. Left message with duplicate issue but gave option to drive around with someone from service. When I went to pick up my vehicle no one was available. Left message with service admin and sent a text to service rep for someone to call me back to schedule a time. I have not received a call back and it’s been over 3 hours. Huge inconvenience especially when the issues have not been addressed. Update: never received a call back. Poor customer service More

Terrible experience. Waited an hour for a quick lube because service department forgot to tell me the the truck was done. Had to sit in a waiting room with other ppl during Covid instead of remaining s because service department forgot to tell me the the truck was done. Likely in case something major goes wrong you can cry void warranty. Funny thing is 2 previous customers warned me about this and the exact things they were “suggested” so was I. The one guys care had 5000km only on it. Corrupt business. More
Presently ok. Apparently 2 words wasn’t enough. I don’t know how much more I can write about a simple oil change so here goes, other than the guy didn’t read the notes on the work sheet and didn’t put an e know how much more I can write about a simple oil change so here goes, other than the guy didn’t read the notes on the work sheet and didn’t put an extra pound of air in each tire so it had to go back in to have that done. Also I asked to remove the battery cable to reset Check Engine and the worksheet said Reset Tire Monitors so Check Engine wasn’t reset. This section should be my choice of one word or 100 words. Had that been the case I would only have said “presently ok”. It was a guy who filled out the worksheet before Beverly Stone was at work (I was there at7:15). Both of them were very friendly and great to deal with. I never would have said anything on this review about the air pressure or engine light had it not been for requiring me to put down 25 words minimum. My suggestion is to let the customers decide how many works they will put down. More
Before visiting Brandon Murray Chevrolet I went through 2 dealerships in Winnipeg and all of them were making wrong diagnosis and not willing to respect General Motors extended warranty. Those guys were maki dealerships in Winnipeg and all of them were making wrong diagnosis and not willing to respect General Motors extended warranty. Those guys were making me spend $6000 for nothing. I visited Brandon dealership after being recommended by a friend and they not only respected the extended warranty but also found the problem with the lights and fixed it in under $300 of total bill. They definitely know how to keep a customer satisfied and build loyalty. More

Very disappointed with the recalls of my 2019 GMC Sierra. This last one was for my tonneau cover. I went in one week for them to fix it on recall. To my surprise, I received a phone call the next week to tel This last one was for my tonneau cover. I went in one week for them to fix it on recall. To my surprise, I received a phone call the next week to tell me the part was in for the recall. I thought it was done already. So this meant a second trip to the dealership and it was there for the entire day. I don’t blame the staff, but I honestly can’t remember how many recalls I have had, since there has so many. This is an $80,000.00 truck. And no compensation for the truck being in the garage all this time. I have owned numerous vehicles from Murray’s, and this will make me rethink the next one. Sorry to say. More
