Autobody shop didn't replace bumper like the order said. Communication between customer and autobody was through third party who wasn't technically knowledgable. Autobody didn't complete job as stated. Fail Communication between customer and autobody was through third party who wasn't technically knowledgable. Autobody didn't complete job as stated. Failed to read notes on the job and fulfill customers reuqests on the order. Bumper still had old scratches on the plastic parts tailgate and rear access door(inside of liftgate) wasn't fixed. All requests were put on the notes by receiving clerk at Autobody, but autobody technician didn't read it or complete it. Also extra work that customer was paying for was requested in order to have winter tires ln a timely manner. Technician didn't do that as well. Probably not bringing any autobody or personal jobs back to Murray's probably better at a professional paint shop. More
