If it was something that he didn’t handle he was always able to tell me who to talk to. I appreciated that Jordan listened to my initial needs and put no pressure on me to purchase what I didn’t need or couldn’t afford. He was willing to take the time to show me other vehicles and explain the difference between them and the one that I did finally purchase. Wayne was always willing to talk with me and with each glitch we encountered I felt that it was important to Wayne and Jordan that we solve the problem/issue as soon as we could. I also felt that it was important that I was happy with the arrangements and solutions. I never felt ignored or that I would be left with something that I wasn’t happy with. I am very pleased with my purchase and feel that it will serve my needs. More
