Bad service I am disappointed that the sheet I received stated that my lights had been checked and then I am stopped by the police because one brake light was not I am disappointed that the sheet I received stated that my lights had been checked and then I am stopped by the police because one brake light was not working. When I came back to pick up my vehicle I couldn't find anyone at the counter and had to go looking for someone. In the future do not check off items that have not been checked. Now I wonder what other items were checked off but not really looked at. I purchased my vehicle at your shop and have had it serviced there all along and until now was pleased with the service I have received. More

Buy my Town & Country I had the best sales woman! She helped me out and got me a great deal. I was very pleased. Also when I picked up my Town & Country we sat in it whi I had the best sales woman! oil change I have purchased my last 7 new vehicles from Motor City Chrysler or one of its 2 previous incarnations. the last 6 have been from Wayne Rogers. At lea I have purchased my last 7 new vehicles from Motor City Chrysler or one of its 2 previous incarnations. the last 6 have been from Wayne Rogers. At least twice, including the last time I had only gone in for an oil change and drove out with a new truck. I would not even consider any other dealership, I have always been taken care of by both the sales and service staff and cannot recall a bad experience from any visit to the dealership. I have in the past and will continue to recommend Motor City Chrysler to any and all family and friends looking to purchase a new vehicle. More
