I had a problem with the radio in the van, i had purchased only 5 days before and had not purchased the ex-warranty and it was not covered under the 30 day safety warranty,it could have cost me A LOT Enter Tim,Kevin,Dale and Carlyn(who told me call Tim) Tim called me said he had found an identical radio for me and would install it that day,,in fact it took them 15 min and i was on my way No charge!!
