Exactly what I want when spending a lot of money. When I buy a new vehicle it's never an easy thing and it's never a 'good time' to do it. have not decided yet whether I would recommend this service I just wanted an oil change, they talked my husband into some sort of promotion, they said my appointment was at 1:00 and it was not done until 3:30, I just wanted an oil change, they talked my husband into some sort of promotion, they said my appointment was at 1:00 and it was not done until 3:30, they did not let me know that I was to be put on a list when we called or when I got there. I even said that it should be done at 2:00 since I was told it would only be an hour. I was told that they were still on lunch for a few more minutes. I arrived back at 2:45 and was advised that it still wasn't done. What if I had another appointment to go to, how would I have gotten there? They acted like I should have known that. The last time I was there for an oil change and had dealt with Ryan and he was very helpful, he was the reason I did come back. More
