Pleasant Experience Wayne Rogers went online looking for a vehicle for me and found one I was in love with, but it was in Toronto. I spoke with him while in Windsor and he was eager to get me into a similar vehicle. How excited was I to find that Wayne had the vehicle transferred to Motor City in Windsor! After inquiring with 5 different dealers from around the province, I found Wayne's customer service to be as exemplary as his offer. He was a true professional for every aspect of the transaction and I would definately recommend him to my friends and family. More

Not very happy. Although the Customer Service I receive is exemplary, the work out of the garage has not been at par with the experience I would expect for the amount Although the Customer Service I receive is exemplary, the work out of the garage has not been at par with the experience I would expect for the amount I have paid. Originally the vehicle (acquired January 2, 2015) went in for it's second oil change (while in my possession) at approximately 52,000km. I was upsold a package above a basic oil change which involved tire rotation, inspection of brakes, suspension, alignment, etc. At the time I had mentioned a hard shifting problem, a noise in the front end while turning, a hollow thunking noise over bumps, as well as a noise in the steering (which at the time of purchase was noted by the sales person and had indicated it would be repaired - not repaired). Although the terms of the warranties were explained to me, that if no issues were found then I would be paying for diagnostics. That bill was almost $300.00, with no resolution of the issues because nothing had been found wrong. The only issue that was addressed at that time was the noise in the steering (that was indicated before by sales) - turned out all it needed was lube... not covered, paid for that. The thunking in the suspension was also apparently my imagination (although I hear it now and again, as well as others I have had in the car) - "No issue - suspension is tight)" so no warranty - I paid diagnostics (although the piece of mind package includes a suspension inspection - not too happy about paying twice). The noise in the front end "cannot duplicate", get to pay for diagnostics - now the car has been in four times for the same issue. The second time - ride with a mechanic, although he heard it - cannot duplicate. The third time - ride with the service manager, he also hears it however because it is intermittent, we decide to leave it to see if it clears its self up or gets worse. (Did I mention I paid for this issue before as well because of "diagnostics" and "nothing was wrong"). Keep this particular visit in mind, as there are other issues I will address. The fourth time the car was in, for an oil change, I mentioned the noise again because it has been getting worse. The phone call I received was to ask me if the noise I heard was the whining in the power steering. (Its not that noise, this is more of a two rocks grinding on each other under pressure noise), told the power steering whining is a normal noise and my vehicle was ready for pickup. Back to the third visit, the vehicle had been brought to the garage a week earlier because of a rough idle, I showed the service advisers the rough idle (engine light on, also an intermittent problem, light would go out and it would idle properly in a couple days) in the drive through garage because I wanted a scan done to have on record what the issue was - could not do a scan as they had no openings, book an appointment for the following week (see third visit), during this visit the starter died on the mechanic and was replaced... before the engine codes were pulled. The rough idle has not happened since, but what was the cause, we will never know. Picked up the vehicle on Friday. On Tuesday before a trip to Hamilton, I hear a dragging under the vehicle when driving - the skid plate below the engine had come loose. Three of the four screws fell out - I was able to remove the fourth by hand with only a couple turns (screws were not put in properly - skid plate notes to torque screws). When I picked up the vehicle after the fourth visit, I had mentioned the skid plate and requested it to be put back on - I was told no one was available (I can see people in the garage) and that I could make an appointment - Seriously? I was not about to make an appointment for four screws. All in all, I am not impressed with the quality of work coming out of the garage. Double paying for inspections, paying for diagnostics because issues are not there - yet these issues are there. Parts falling off on the car (thank god it was in a parking lot and not on the 401 30 minutes later), constantly in and out for the same issue because it cannot be found, although apparent on ride alongs. Not because of the service advisers, but the actual service, once I have burned through my complimentary oil changes (cause I purchased the car here) I likely will find a new service garage, this garage has not impressed me, and although multiple opportunities have been given they have not redeemed themselves - an appointment for four screws... 5 minutes to fix their own screw up. More
