The 2016 Canada Value Package van is an amazing value and Motor City Chrysler is lucky to have such a good sales person on staff such as Karen. I had only stopped in for a test drive to see what all the hype was about with the mini vans and actually ended up buying the van that Karen put me in for the test drive! Being a union dealership also helped my decision to do business at Motor City Chrysler as I also am a construction union member. Dan More

We actually bought our used 2010 Dodge Caravan from you guys becasue Carlyn Bistany although she works in service she was aware we were looking and found the van we evetually purchased, it has turned out to be a great vehcile. This past week i decided to have a automatic ignition put in for my wife, i brought in my van and as usual was greeted with a smile and ask if i needed a lift home. It was installed quickly and for a reasonable price. I will continue to do business wiht this dealership. Keep u the great work. More
Dropping the ball left and right My overall experience with Motor Cityhas been far from sarisfying from the beginning. From delivery to following through with what was promised. Came My overall experience with Motor Cityhas been far from sarisfying from the beginning. From delivery to following through with what was promised. Came in now to install the remote starter that was supposed to be in when I purchased the vehicle. Purchased the vehicle back in August. The vehicle also came with micro scratches on the mirrors. Back in september the remote starter part came in and I dropped of car for installation and was told they would install new mirrors. Got a loaner car, and before I got back to work there was a message that they had ordered the wrong part for the remote starter and it would take couple of weeks to come in. It took almost an entire month and ended up setting up the time for this past Friday at 8:30. I reminded Ryan (he was always very very friendly and helpful) twice about the mirrors, both at drop off and over the phone. Near 4:30 he called me informing the car was not ready yet and I would have it back the next morning. I said it was fine (what other option did I have?? I had to reschedule plans with family as they wouldnt fit in my loaner car, as planned for that morning (I was given a 200). I called around 9:30 to follow up, and though it was not ready they were aiming for 10:30. I got the call around 10 and went to pick up the car. I tested the starter fine, BUT THE MIRROR WERE NOT DONE!!! Then the sales manager requested installation right away. He informed me it was done. I went to see it, they did the wrong mirrors... Sales manager had the service person take the mirror off a new vehicle. Finally had my car done after this ordeal... Not impressed at all. Wasted so much of my most precious resource (time) on getting what I paid for. More than 2.5 months.... More

I'm Happy everything was Fine, Bobby was great . The only suggestion is that you still need to have a look at improvements to the shuttle service with regard to everything was Fine, Bobby was great . The only suggestion is that you still need to have a look at improvements to the shuttle service with regard to tracking the customer needing a shuttle ride and their pickup later. For example: When I booked my service I was asked did I need a shuttle ride to work ? That's a good thing. So i gave her all the info, yes I needed a ride to the university and a pickup at 5pm at Harvey's at wyandotte and Rankin. - When I arrived this shuttle info was not carried forward and Bobby had to ask again if I needed a ride and again I told him yes and a pickup at 5pm and where. He explained I needed to tell the shuttle driver agin with regard to the pickup info ! Now Tom was there right on time as requested. Excellent ! It just seems excessive to go through this so many times for the customer. The initial info should have gone with the order somehow ?? The other suggestion is that the shuttle service is supposed to be done at 5PM as well as the cashier in service ! I work till 6pm and had to leave work an hour early as well. But how many of your customers work till 5 PM ? Do all of your customers have to get off their jobs a half hour early for a shuttle pickup? I thought there was like Thursday the shuttle pickup ran a bit later ? More
