Having work completed that was not completed during PDI I purchased a new van and arranged to pick it up the next week, A set of mudguards was to be installed during the week prior to pick up and the work I purchased a new van and arranged to pick it up the next week, A set of mudguards was to be installed during the week prior to pick up and the work was not completed upon delivery. Also, the stop/start ignition button was not installed. I had to make a separate appointment to have this work done when there was more than sufficient time to have this work done prior to pick up. The hour of work necessary to do the work took 2 hours and 15 minutes. Not impressed but what should have been done prior to pick up is now complete. More
