Past experience with other venders where they try to steam roll you into what they want to sell you and don't "hear" what you are saying. But here Karen and her associates, offered different options but when we responded with what we needed, they actually went WAY over and above to find us the next model up and for the price point that we gave them to work with. It is very important for us to feel that we are heard and I feel that the entire staff did an exceptional job of doing that and exceeding our needs. Karen especially is an exceptional customer service rep. I like that she didn't waste our time at all, She was sharp and on point and focused on us as her customers to make sure she took excellent care of us and that we left satisfied. More
