The sales staff respected that, never tried to up sell us and worked within our budget to help us find the best car suited for our family. We went in with our whole family (my husband, myself and two young daughters). The staff let us test drive the car separately so one of us could always be with our children, they fully understood what having young children is like and didn't mind them being there (even gave them fresh cookies). Having to go into a dealership and have a salesman throwing a bunch of options and costs at y In the past, I found buying a vehicle a very stressful. Having to go into a dealership and have a salesman throwing a bunch of options and costs at you, that it makes your head spin and all you want to do is just get out of there; and you make decisions you later wish you didn't, but it's to late! Well this time was different at Motor City. I did most of the negotiating by text and over the course of a week, so everything was to my satisfaction before I went in to sign the deal. Kathleen went out of her way to make sure I was completely satisfied with how she came up with the final weekly payments I would have if I bought the jeep. This dealership is very lucky to have such a dedicated...talented and knowledgeable sales manager.....thanks Kathleen :) When I came in to look at the Jeep, my salesman Gina met me with a nice welcoming smile and took me out to look at it. She knew all the functions of the vehicle and even gave me a few pointers with how to set up the bluetooth, etc. But Gina also went out of her way by being social and wanting to know a little bit about me and my family, and she even showed me pics of her kids and shared some of her own life stories. This made me feel so relaxed that I almost forgot I was there to buy a vehicle. A saleman with a personality like Gina's goes a long way and in my case, a no brainer decision that I was going to buy my next vehicle from her. Even just hours before I was going to pick the jeep up, I decided I wanted mopar parts installed and Gina got right on it and made sure it was done before I got there. CHEERS Gina! :) So that leaves Bill, he doesn't have the fun job....all the paperwork, but he did make sure my request to who I would like to finance the deal with happen, and the day I came to get the jeep, he had all the paperwork organized and ready for my signature and explained briefly, the reason why I was signing each one. He added no pressure and he was pleasant through the whole process. Thanks Bill.
