I was always skeptical about smaller dealerships and purchasing a vehicle from them. That being said I was looking to buy a truck and was looking online and at bigger dealerships. My wife found the truc purchasing a vehicle from them. That being said I was looking to buy a truck and was looking online and at bigger dealerships. My wife found the truck I wanted at MWC in Kitchener. We live in Hamilton. So we called and Nitin answered our call. He was very friendly and we made an appointment to go see the truck. When we got there we were greeted by the owner. That was very surprising. We took the truck for a test drive and then proceeded to talk with Nitin. He was very informative and there were no hidden surprises in the process. He got us approved and we took possession of the truck a week later. Had I known about MWC before I would have been a repeat customer. I give Nitin a 10/5 for his customer service skills and knowledge. Great experience! Worth the drive to Kitchener or Guelph.
