My mechanic was appalled when he saw the weather cracking on all four tires. Beware of being pushed into getting into a financing agreement, even when you don'the need it, just so that the owner can give you a 200 dollar break on the overpriced upgrades. I was made to believe that the owner would generously pass on some of a bonus from the bank to the customer. I checked this out when I repaid the loan after a week. The bank does no such thing. Clever application of psychology though. Beware of charges that were not listed in the advertising such as dealer preparation and OMVIC fees. When finding this out that this was illegal and fighting to get this illegally collected money back, the manager tried to get himself out of the pickle by telling me this was for the interior shampoo and clean up I ordered (400 Bucks?!). This was a blatant lie. I test drove the car with half a tank of gas and took delivery with three quarters. A charge of 30 was added for 12 Dollars worth of gas. They claim to sell 150 cars a month. Ripping 150 customers off by, say 15 Dollars, in a month adds about 25,000 Dollars to their coffers a year. I did get my money back though after a tedious battle. A technical question regarding timing belt vs timing chain was incorrectly answered. Whether deliberately or not I do not know. Only after reading the manual did I find out that I need to spend 600 Dollars soon to fix that. Still better than blowing an engine in the wrong belief that this engine has a timing chain. The 2012 model has a chain, the previous model had belts. They should know that, shouldn't they? When buying a lease back car, be aware that, at least at Theo Motors, Tires, battery and timing belt are likely original. Ask questions AND verify. AND DO NOT PAY FOR CHARGES NOT LISTED IN THE ADVERTISING OR ON THE STICKER. Fortunately the car is much better than the owner's ethics. More

He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough all throughout the buying experience. We were choosing between 3-4 different BMWs on the lot and Amit had all of them primed and ready for test drives. We were able to make our decision without ANY sales pressure or tactics being used. I should also mention we initially drove 4 hours to find a vehicle in Toronto, but to no avail. Either vehicles with damage or pushy sales people is all we could find. We then drove the additional km's to Kitchener and met with Amit. Extremely happy with this decision. The good experience I had previously led me back to Theo Motors (The Most Wanted Cars) on the 19th of November 2015 to buy my 2007 Chrysler Aspen. I was looked after by Amit. This guy knows what he's doing. He never pressured me in any way and the moment i came across the Aspen i knew that is my suv. I have to mention that the owner Raj Nakra is the most humble man you would ever meet. I'm loving my Aspen. If you ever need a reliable honest car dealer I would recommend Theo Motors any day. More

I found Damien to be friendly, informative, helpful, and not the least bit condescending - which is what we can often find when dealing with car salesmen. Since I was going to be buying this car with an insurance settlement, when I made the decision to buy it, Damien offered a solution for payment that I hadn’t thought of and which turned out to be a win-win for the both of us.
