Thank you for the feedback! We're very sorry to hear that your sales experience wasn't great, and again that you had issues with the service of your vehicle. We are reviewing our procedures to see how we can improve our efficiency to avoid long waits for smaller service items such as oil changes. We are also continually working to improve customer service, and your comments about not being greeted are noted. We want everyone to feel welcome when they come in. For the safety of our customers and employees, we close the car wash during freezing temperatures. It can also damage your vehicle or prevent your doors from opening if water freezes in the door panels. We are happy to wash your car at a later date, please give us a call. Thank you for sharing your experience. We received your Better Business Bureau complaint and returned the original paperwork showing that you declined the optional Experience Based Refund (EBR). Your initials were beside the box declining this option, and your signature was at the bottom of the page. You were not charged the extra cost for the EBR. Although we recommend the EBR option to our customers, we don't force them to take it. Our records indicate that you voluntarily declined this option. There was also never a mention of the warranty being supplied by Nissan. We have contacted you on several occasions regarding this matter. We encourage all of our clients to go over their paperwork to make sure that everything checks out. There is a limited time to correct errors or change your mind about certain items. Unfortunately, after 6 years, there is absolutely nothing we can do. We do not control the EBR refunds, as they are issued by the warranty supplier. Since the EBR fee was not paid, the option was declined, and the warranty has expired, they are unable to issue any sort of refund or partial credit. We apologize for the misunderstanding. If you would like to discuss this matter further, please contact our General Manager, Roger Bhajan, at 604-464-9291.
