Excellent Team, Awesome Service My wife and daughter went test driving different SUVs and decided that she liked the Rouge the best. She really liked Ray the salesman who took her for her test drive. After getting a price from him I called a friend in the business who offered me a better price. Dave ,the sales manager took charge of the deal and made the numbers work so that we could give our older SUV to our son. We were very happy with the way that they went out of their way to get us a deal that we felt more than comfortable with. I have recommended them to a friend. Great job👍 More

END OF MY DEALINGS WITH MORREY Unlike others, I too have had 2 Brand New cars back to back from them and have experienced nothing but an "I don't care to look after a 9 year loyal c Unlike others, I too have had 2 Brand New cars back to back from them and have experienced nothing but an "I don't care to look after a 9 year loyal customer" attitude. Emails were never returned. Phone calls were never returned. Interest was sort of implied when we decided to Never deal with these people again. My 9 years experience with them has forced me to sway people to a Dealer that really Cares. My strong recommendation is KIA West in Coquitlam and experience professional, caring and friendly service from their Management Staff and in particular, sales rep, Adam. More

Great Sevice I have dealt with Morrey Nissan Coquitlam for over 12 years, firstly with my Pathfinder and now with my Murano. Service has always been as expected an I have dealt with Morrey Nissan Coquitlam for over 12 years, firstly with my Pathfinder and now with my Murano. Service has always been as expected and the staff always friendly. They drop me off where I want to go while they work on the car and pick me up if needed. Worst customer service ever! OMG where do I start... first of all I bought a car from here and I regret it immediately. the guy who sold it to me was the biggest piece of xxxx. Bad Service errible service, had a 2pm appointment and they made me wait 2 hours before looking at my car. Then they wanted to charge me $125 hr plus tax for diag errible service, had a 2pm appointment and they made me wait 2 hours before looking at my car. Then they wanted to charge me $125 hr plus tax for diagnosis for something it took them 22 minutes for figure out because I timed them. Then they told me the part would have to come in from Calgary, I said they should check the other Nissan dealerships and sure enough there was a part in Burnaby, funny how I needed to do there job for them. I came back the next day and sure enough they made me wait another 2-3 hours before getting to my car, put the part in told me it was fixed made me pay and tried to send me on my way. I checked my car and no it was not fixed, they tried to send me off with an unfixed car. The story continues for another day with me waiting a total of 12 hours over three days and no my car is till not fixed properly. TERRIBLE service, they keep you waiting and they are not quick to fix there mistakes if at all. More
