Very Poor Sales Experience - We left feeling taken Very friendly, but the deal changed from the handshake to the contract....in their favour. This happened a number of times throughout the process. When challenged on the discrepancy, shockingly their response was "you're going to own the car for many years, so the difference won't matter". In addition to the disappearing discounts, mysterious administration fees appeared on the final contract and things as small as the wheel locks : not only did they decide to put them on without permission, they charged us more than was advertised on the Ford accessory website!!! Yes, I know dealerships are free to charge more than the MSRP for things, and they clearly take full advantage of this. I was helping a relative buy the car. Despite being absolutely disgusted with their business practices, my relative needed a car and ended up agreeing to the deal after I was able to get most (but not all) of the issues removed. I've been buying cars for 20 years - I've never had an experience quite like this one. I can safely say that I will never set foot in this dealership again and I strongly advise others to do the same. More
Fantastic Service We were in need of a new car, had recently suffered some serious financial difficulty and no one would help us to get a new car, or 'new to us' car. Mont-Bleu Ford came to our rescue and dealing with them and Geo. Petric Jr. has been a blessing. Very polite, very capable, very helpful in all the dealings we've had over the past few years. Would recommend them to anyone in need of new/used car, or service. When we need a new or 'new to us' car we definately will go back to Mont-Bleu More

If I don't end up purchasing a car from them this time around, I will definitely be going to Kim the next. I have no comment on the quality of their product as I have not purchased anything to this point, but Kim has definitely gone above and beyond all expectations. I left Quality of work and Price at 3 as it wouldn't be fair of me to say either excellent or poor at this point. ** I must say after reading some of these reviews, my experience has been quite the opposite. Kim has been unbelievably honest with me about what work was needed on the as-is cars and informed me of what I assumed was obvious, that you should have it checked by a mechanic yourself. Id just like to say I don't see what people think AS-IS means.. To complain about the dealership when you're the one who agreed to buy a car that is stated to be AS-IS. That term alone means the dealership is selling the car in the condition they received it. With no guarantees. So maybe find out who the previous owner was and complain to them? I think if you've had a legitimate bad experience then complain, but if your complaining about a car you agreed to purchase AS-IS then its completely your own fault. More

I am exceptionally skeptical of car sales personnel however, the experience with George Jr was outstanding. The service department is run very well also. I deal with Patrick on a regular basis for my service plan. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and flexible with the appointment times. This business is family owned and the owners seem to take a personal interest in all aspects of the business. I have since purchased 2 sets of tires through them and would recommend this business to anyone. I will purchase my next vehicle there. Great people to deal with. More
Horrible customer service!!! Went in for a recall and mentioned that my brakes were pulsating and wanted them to check them out. When I went to pick the car up they came out with a riduculous amount of 800$ to replace all 4 rotors. And by the way you could by the rotors from Ford for half the price than the dealship was trying to charge me. When I mentioned that I just had the brake service done with them less than 5000KM ago, they started finding all sorts of excuses just to try to get out of doing the repairs under warranty. When I asked to talk to the manager, his answer was and I quote '' If you aren't happy, do the repairs yourself or go somewhere else. Have a nice day and goodbye!". Let's just say that I will never go back to this dealership and would never recommend it to anyone. Will be writting a letter to Ford Canada. Needless to say, the car was exchanged for a new car the next day and no it wasn't a FORD!!!! More

We are 4 hours away from the dealership so it was important to get a lot of information before making the trip to Gatineau. Some of the items we requested during negotiations was an independent CAA rating of the vehicle (which we paid for) , the vehicle history, a copy of the original car sticker, the VIN # etc. We dealt with the owners son George Jr . At every turn George went above and beyond the call of duty to meet our expectations. I can not say enough about how well my husband and I were treated by George Jr. We are very happy with our purchase. More
