Recall letter for Sportage I called to make an appointment for a recall on my Sportage. The appointment was made and I arrived to have it done. On arrival my car keys were hand I called to make an appointment for a recall on my Sportage. The appointment was made and I arrived to have it done. On arrival my car keys were handed over to a gentleman who would take my car in n to the service bay. I proceeded to the customer service desk. The customer service clerk was extremely pleasant. Took my information and invited me to take a seat in the waiting area. I was called back a 5minutes later to the service desk and told I needed a WHEEL Alignment. I advised her I had had one done only a MONTH previously at this dealership! She checked and agreed, told me she would speak to the person who did the diagnostic. She then asked me to be reseated. When I was called back to be advised my car was finished I was told an alignment was on the borderline and not required at this time. To me this appears as if the dealership is looking for additional work.. if so I am extremely disappointed I only come to Kia for my car service this may change. More

Great Service I’ve been bringing my Kia here for service for quite some time and I have always been treated right! This time I needed an alignment and a safety a I’ve been bringing my Kia here for service for quite some time and I have always been treated right! This time I needed an alignment and a safety and my car failed inspection. They couldn’t do the alignment because of one of the parts that needed to be replace required an alignment to be done afterwards So after repairing my car I brought it back to have it reinspected without an appointment AND they were able to squeeze in my alignment!! This kind of service is why I will always keep coming back to Kia! Great job folks, keep up the fantastic work! More

Oil change and summer tires Brought my car in to install my summer tires and also an oil change. The shuttle service was excellent as it always is. I didn't wait at all. He was ready to drive me as soon as I dropped off my car and he picked me up at the precise time that I had requested. I received a call from Kia an hour after I dropped it to advise me that the mechanic found the front brakes to be in bad need of replacement. It didn't surprise me because I had heard them squeak recently. My Optima is 6 years old already (time flies) so maintenance is to be expected sooner or later. This is the first major repair since I have the vehicle. They were able to do what was needed so I don't need to go back to have them fixed. Can't complain. More

This is the first time that I needed the service of the shuttle and the service was excellent. As always, all the staff are super friendly and no issues with my service appointment. Everything was done on time as promised. More
