Friendly Staff Staff is always friendly. I was in for an oil change. Service tech did not replace my sticker. Missing something so simple makes me wonder what else Staff is always friendly. I'm also waiting to hear back about my 2nd rust issue on my car. I find it ridiculous that a 2015 Soul bought in Oct 2016 brand new is rusting. Really not happy. Even more upsetting is the lies told to me when I bought the car. 3yr paint warranty and 5 year normal warranty. I thought it was from the date purchased. Boy was I wrong. I expect Kia to make this right, but I have a feeling Ill be fighting rust issues as long as I own this car. 5 star rating is only to get in the draw. Right now Id rate at a 2.5 at best. More

Refreshing Change For A Previous BMW Owner It is so nice to have an oil change that doesn't take all day and isn't $140.
