Do not have ANY work done at Moncton Honda. I know they don’t use Freon anymore whatever it’s called. After less then 5,000 km the air conditioner was not throwing any cold air and it was making terrible noises.it was worse than when I initially took it into Moncton Honda. I turned it off. I called Moncton Honda explain the situation they told me they couldn’t help me. It wasn’t under warranty, so I took it to a different Honda and when they looked at it, It was not leaking, and it was undercharged by 12 ounces after they explained to me that’s why it won’t work if it is missing any amount of Freon the system won’t work properly and to be down 12 ounces that is An extreme amount missing from the system. Moncton Honda were rude, They’re unwilling to work with you, especially if you’re a female they think they know everything and you’re stupid. If you take your car there you will be looking at another trip to dealership Especially if you don’t have any warranty left, they don’t fix it properly because they know within a couple of weeks it will stop working and with the heat this summer you will be bad to have it fixed again. I would rather drive elsewhere to have the job done once and done properly. I will never step food into Moncton Honda again. Their opportunists they take advantage of people. More
I never had any issues with Honda Moncton until recently when I had my 2015 Accord‘s rust repair done at their local body shop under their rust proofing plan. I agreed to have all rust removed even if I habe to pay extra. After over two weeks with the car in the shop (no rental was included), it came back with part of the rust still remaining under the front driver‘s side door. Also, there was a huge amount of fine, possibly toxic, dust all over the interior! They obviously did not clean up their mess after they were done. Honda said they will have the body shop reach out to me but I haven‘t heard from them in 5 days now… I will never use their services for body work again, there are better shops out there! More
They lost a lifetime Honda family owning 6 Honda vehicles. Took CRV in for service at the same time it was due for its annual provincial inspection. Both services had many over laps brakes, suspension, lights, horn and so on. I was charged full price for both services with about 80% overlap. They scan all vehicles when you enter the service area for an alignment check. I was told my alignment needed to be checked. I said no and was told it could result in tire wear. I return a week later and asked about my alignment scan and was told it was great no problems. I picked up my CRV and read the invoice when I got home and it indicated I refused a differential flush. I was never asked regarding this, I called and was told that it is due. I said the point is I was never asked but the invoice stated I refused. I was asked if I wanted my oil changed with tire change. I said no I am going by the oil life monitor which Honda recommends. I have done this with my other Hondas as well. The invoice said I refused the oil change. I did not I told them I was going with what Honda Canada recommends. While changing my summer tires over to winter tires I was told my summer tires need to be replaced as they are at the minimum. I was given a price for 4 tires and told this was a limited-time price. I came home and checked and my summer tires only had 20K on them. I emailed the dealer and it was only then I was told of a Honda tire service bulletin regarding premature wear on the tires. If I purchased the recommended tires from Honda they would be discounted 50%. I was never told this until I called and complained. My confidence in this dealer was lost and I was told by them to go to another Honda dealer. The closest dealer was 3 hours away. We sold our CRV to never again go to that dealer. More

Wish I could give them zero stars. Ever since my initial purchase of a brand new vehicle in 2018, I have had nothing but problems. The problems I experienced are ALL due to the inc Ever since my initial purchase of a brand new vehicle in 2018, I have had nothing but problems. The problems I experienced are ALL due to the incompetence of the Moncton Honda dealership staff and are not a reflection of the actual Honda product. -Initial delivery, they washed my car with what I can only assume was a bag of rocks. Fought with them to get it detailed. Should have been my first clue to run. -They installed the front license plate so poorly one side fell off and scratched the bumper. They had to drill new holes. -Had tires and rims stored there for Winter, they lost them. -Had an MVI done and paid for tire inflation, got my car with 10psi in 3 tires and one with 35psi.... and they charged me for the inflations service they never did! -Had a broken marker light (one THEY broke) replaced (and they tried to bill ME for it). They installed the wheel well plastic back improperly after installing marker light. Was told it was supposed to be that way and that I am wrong. I compared it to another car on the lot and showed them then they agreed I was right and they had to fix their mistake. -They replaced the A/C condenser due to a recall and broke the clips that hold the front bumper in place. They GLUED my bumper back in place hoping I wouldn't notice. 6 months passes and the glue failed under the heat of the sun and I took it in as it appeared misaligned. They accused me of having taken it somewhere else and insisted I was lying and had it in an accident and trying to pull a fast one on them. They refused to fix the bumper and so I am now stuck paying the bill for their incompetence. -Numerous times I brought the car in for service and they would forget to do half the work resulting in me having to go in the following day again. Buyer beware, these guys are crooks. I'll never a Honda from them again. More

BULLSH*T salesmen over there talking up the A/C "it blows too cold! Had to turn it down while I serviced it!" & it blows hot once ya drive 10mins off the lot. God xxxx cooked my poor 70yr old elderly mother in it just trying to get to town and back, now can't even get her to her doctors appointment. I'm a young indigenous university alumni; and I cannot believe the levels of how Ignorant and Rude on the phone they were when I called. Talked down to me in multiple ways from the start of the discussion. Sold me a hunk of junk over priced plus made me pay in full for new tires!! And wouldn't do anything about all the issue they OBVIOUSLY knew about before they sold it.. now I'm out for the price of everything and the repairs too, like thanks guys! Ruined my life basically! By far worst sales department/inspection sevices. "150 point inspection" yea right.. what a joke.... IF YOU WANNA GET LIED TO AND SCREWED OVER CMON ON DOWN! Worst car dealership in Atlantic Canada 🇨🇦 and I've dealt with many! More
Wanted to pay cash for a vehicle seems like they were not interested only wanted to push on financing and then charged over $2,000 in random fees . $700 extra for paying cash , $700 for admin which is basica interested only wanted to push on financing and then charged over $2,000 in random fees . $700 extra for paying cash , $700 for admin which is basically them filling out a bill of sale as no other paper work would be done . Some random fee for tires and rim . Quite ridiculous. Wouldn’t recommend especially for customer service from Matt Carter. Car with tax should have come to $13,**** they said over $15,**** . Support smaller used car companies these big ones are really in it to rip u off and only care about making lots of money More
I am very disappointed in my recent experience attempting to buy a car at Moncton Honda. My wife and I decided we would like to buy a summer fun car (convertible) and have been looking. We found a nice pre to buy a car at Moncton Honda. My wife and I decided we would like to buy a summer fun car (convertible) and have been looking. We found a nice pre owned VW Beetle convertible at MH and called about it. We were connected to salesman Jean-Marc who answered some questions and was going to take a picture of the convertible roof and send to us but then contacted us advising there was snow on it so he would have it ready for us tomorrow. We booked an appointment for Saturday afternoon to attend Moncton Honda to see the car and advised Jean-Marc we were very interested. We drove the hour and a half to MH only to discover the car was still outside with snow on it. (I should point out that there the entire service area of this very large garage was completely void of cars and would have expected the car to have been in over night to be ready for our appointment to view to purchase) I was taken back that the salesman had obviously not spent any time familiarizing himself with the car nor was comfortable with it's operations (didn't know how to operate the roof, didn't know the car required a minimum -10 temp to operated the roof (* again, should have been in overnight). Getting past the initial disappointment of the salesman's short comings we press on. We took the car for a drive and really liked it. Returned to MH with the intent to purchase the car for cash. We made what we believed to be a very reasonable offer based on life experiences i.e cash purchase...no trade to deal with and were shut down. Long story short Moncton Honda seems to us as a finance company who's hook is cars. They are only interested in selling you a car if they hook you with finance charges. There's some mumbo jumbo about finance discount of $700, then there was "then give us %90 down and finance the rest"?????? the price of the car went UP if you didn't finance! Their business ethics are deplorable, the customer service was very poor and maybe if the sales manager spent as much time teaching his sales people how to prepare and present a product to the customers instead of forcing financing on them, they would sell more cars and have a better reputation. It's a shame a company as well run as Honda with such amazing products and a wonderful reputation allows these mopes to fly their flag. Wewon't be back. Shame on you Moncton Honda. ***Since you don't enable people to respond to your false reply I had to edit. As for the text, it came in while we were driving the hour and a half to the dealership. I explained that to Jean-Marc when we got there. I don't text and drive! The car is listed for $19998.00 We offered 18,500 + tax and license then adjusted to 19,000 plus tax and licence...so I don't understand new math but 19,998/18500 is 1498 difference and 19998/19,000 is 998 certainly not 2700. Even adding the 700 discount to push us into financing, that still only makes the car $20,698. We were never offered a straight purchase...we were advised to put %90 down and finance %10 (the hook) You sell financing and throw a car in. Response from the owner16 hours ago Hi Bob, We are sorry to hear of your recent experience and how unhappy you are. We looked into your concern with Jean Marc and he explained that he had attempted to reach out to confirm you were coming for your appointment via text prior to placing the vehicle inside. He did not hear back so did not place the vehicle inside. We have explained to him that although there wasn’t a response the proper thing to do here would be placing the vehicle inside in the hopes that the appointment was still arriving as scheduled. Our apologies for the vehicle not being prepared for your arrival. As for the pricing issues your offer was $2700 off the retail price with no fees and while you may feel this to be a reasonable offer, in todays market of pre-owned vehicles and the shortages of acquiring them that offer is beyond our ability to meet with you on. As for our $700 finance credit, it is clearly stated on all of our online advertising this is in place and that vehicles are priced as such. We did offer you the vehicle at retail price if you were to pay cash, which would be removing the $700 that we would typically increase the price if someone was to pay cash. We regret that your experience did not meet expectations in dealings with us and hope you are able to find the vehicle and dealer that best suits your needs. If we can be of any assistance in the future feel free to reach out. More
