Even the guys and girls. In service didnt get. P.o.'d. When i spilled a coffee. I would say the culture started long ago. And the owner /owners need to pat themselves on the back...For a business well created.. I hate buying some things with labels. But in this case. I can honestly say that I have never felt unwelcome, and never felt that I have been overcharged, or pressured into performing unneeded work. So when I decided to purchase a new 2018 Ford Escape it was a no-brained to use Mohawk Ford. During the sales process I had dealings with an excellent sales person, the sales manager, and the financial manger. All were courteous and very professional in my dealings with them. But in addition, all other staff that I met were the same. Good people to deal with. The staff located a car that met my specifications, and it was serviced and made available to me within 2-3 day’s. When I picked up the car, the salesperson was again friendly and extremely efficient. She helped transfer all my personal belongings from my old car to the the new one and went over any features that I wasn’t familiar with. The car was clean and shining and performed perfectly as I drove it away. The car was exactly what I wanted. The price I paid was one I was satisfied with. I would, and will return to Mohawk Ford, and I would highly recommend it to others. More
