With the 100 point inspection the replaced brake pads, rotors, calipers on fronts and pads on back. Delivery was prompt and seamless when I picked it up. The bad...initial visit asked my value of my trade in. Received a printed copy of an estimate with trade in allowance, price and financing. Took it home and decided to pull the trigger. Went back for assessment on my vehicle value. The estimate given was $6000 and actual value was $350! Not even close. They then bumped up to $4000 which was still $2000 off. No budging on price or trade value. Seemed like it could have been a bit of bait and switch, but I'm not sure. May have been honest mistake from sales person. However, I did really want the car. Made an appointment with finance guy via Sales for 5 pm. Told them I was on a time crunch. Got there a little earlier to have another look at the car. I was then told he had an appointment at 5 and I had to wait. That pissed me off so the used car sales guy did the credit app with me. How do I rank...I'm honestly not to sure at the moment. I love the car, but the process should have been smoother. Proof will be in the pudding when I start my service with them. I'm rating an overall of good only because the sales manager called me and said he had advised service to do brakes and ball joints on the car and overall Adam was not a pushy used car sales man. The process of giving estimates on trade in's needs refining though as a lot of people would have walked. More

Very Disappointed three Ford vehicle family. Brought my car for servicing today and was quoted (on a post-it note) for some small services that were recommended. The prices on the post-it did not indicate which price was for which service and I assumed that the services that were being explained were in the same order as what was presented to me on the post-it. Consequently I chose the spark plug replacement at what I thought would cost $140 when in fact it totalled more than double this amount. I am very disappointed with today's service and ultimately I should have checked my bill before paying the total. I am a very long-time customer of Mohawk Ford but am now a very disappointed customer. Today, I would not recommend this dealership to my fellow Ford owners. More
