Great customer service We took our 2009 Flex in with an issue regarding the tailgate. Had been told it just needed to be “flashed” to the vehicle main computer as all parts We took our 2009 Flex in with an issue regarding the tailgate. Had been told it just needed to be “flashed” to the vehicle main computer as all parts had been replaced. That was done in less than 1/2 an hour. Unfortunately, it wasn’t that simple of a fix. We agreed to diagnostics. Could not have been happier with how thorough they were. Attention to detail was great. Asked a lot of questions regarding what had been done prior to us bringing it in, etc. Advised the cost of any replacement parts & the labor cost as well. The women at the customer service desk were all very personable & knowledgeable. Before I took our vehicle out of the lot they made sure I was happy and that things were working- to the point of both the service counter rep & the mechanic coming out. Would highly recommend Mohawk Ford for service. Unlike some other dealerships in the area, they are there to fix your FORD vehicle, whether purchased there or not. More
