Service did a great job on my recall however the dealership would not correct the issue I had with rust (while still under warranty)because “the hole didn’t go all the way through to the body for sure,” They wouldn’t even respond to my calls or emails and the first brand new Ford I could ever afford will now be destroyed by the rust that never should have been there that they wouldn’t fix! Loved Ford all my life but I’m done with them now. More

Service repairs I had a heated seat repaired. I wasn’t informed that the plastic housing that holds the seat controls was broken in the process. I used double sided a I had a heated seat repaired.
