Replaced the leaking automatic transmission fluid lines. Service department went out of their way to fit me in and to diagnose the oil leak. Parts were ordered and the repair was scheduled. Great service I had a problem with my Escape that cleared up by itself but I wanted to make sure it wasn't going to strand me somewhere. I drove to Mohawk Ford where they took me in even though they were very busy. They thoroughly checked out my vehicle , but could not find a problem. I suspect it was a random computer glitch. Service staff were very friendly and efficient, and they supplied a shuttle for my transportation from and to the dealership. More

New Dream Truck I have been dreaming about a brand new truck for @ 2 yrs. Vince Rossi helped me build on-line a basic truck @ 1 yr ago. In May/19, I was ready to pull I have been dreaming about a brand new truck for @ 2 yrs. Vince Rossi helped me build on-line a basic truck @ 1 yr ago. In May/19, I was ready to pull the trigger & had chosen the F150 as my "dream". I had built my own version on-line via Ford ... Vince was of great help finding the perfect match, already built. Then, I changed my mind & wanted the 4 dr versus Supercab ... not a problem! As I was checking out 4 dr in Mohawk lot, he found a perfect match in system with more options than I had on my original "dream build". So, we crunched numbers & all looked great! We inked the deal and waited --- June 15, my wife & I took delivery of our 1st brand new vehicle in 30 yrs. A beauty to view & drive. Vince was super & it helped that he was a "car guy" like me (my last brand new vehicle was a '90 Mustang GT - still have her in our garage). Brian & Edie More
