I stay with the company in particular because of the implacable clients service delivery that I continue to receive from John Ferguson. He ALWAYS exercises his sense of fiduciary responsibility by going above and beyond during our encounter. He is such a people person, laced with substance and knowledge in the field of car sales and services. He ALWAYS demonstrated that level of professionalism, yet come across rather personable. I was NOT very pleased with my last transaction as the quality of service and knowledge of the sales team leave something to be desired. Had it not been for John, I would abandon the purchase. John nonetheless, took full responsibility of the mishap allowing me to walk away feeling very pleased with the purchase. He also like a great sales person should, ensure that I got all benefits and features that came with the purchase.
