He was very helpful - especially in answering my questions about the 2016 end of production of the Venza model in the States (because of insufficient sales in the USA - my Venza was produced in Kentucky. Venzas are not produced in Canada. Worldwide production allegedly ceases in 2017). He also gave me good advice on the future purchase of winter tires for my vehicle. ( Venzas have uniquely-sized tires.) All in all, he was extremely helpful. (I am sorry to see the Venza production coming to an end as I really like the model and driving same). More

My only concern this time is that my car was "awaiting tech" for almost two hours and there was no communication Service here is generally very good. My only concern this time is that my car was "awaiting tech" for almost two hours and there was no communication as to the nature of the delay. I ended up with a rental when they weren't able to complete the job that day. Overall, though, they are usually on time. I'll be back. More
