It's Mainly Because of The Service. I have found this dealership to be far superior to others I have been to throughout the years. The sales staff is terrific (particular Jimmy) but the I have found this dealership to be far superior to others I have been to throughout the years. The sales staff is terrific (particular Jimmy) but the true glue that keeps me coming back is the service department. I usually deal with John who is always most accommodating and always on top of the situation. When John is unavailable I have had wonderful service by George as well. My husband and I are always praising this service department to our friends. More

Excellent experience very honest advisor I came to fix oil leak and I already had an estimate from another Toyota dealership. Guru st mississauga Toyota found out that the first estimate was I came to fix oil leak and I already had an estimate from another Toyota dealership. Guru st mississauga Toyota found out that the first estimate was very high. Because of his honesty I saved $500 on my repairs. The overall experience was excellent. Great customer service. I really appreciate rental car allowance as well. I will definitely be back for service. More

Fast and Friendly Service was great. My service adviser made recommendations on what I should do on that day and things that could wait, which obviously saved me money! Service was great.
