Very happy with the whole process of buying a new MINI Countryman. If you are one of the people like me who dreads going to a car lot, have a good visit with the MINI team in St. Catharines. I was treated well start to finish, and with their help now have the car that perfectly fits my personality and needs. Lots of questions and lots of time with sales consultant Andre put the right car in my driveway. And speaking of driveway, it's been a super busy time for me and couldn't stay for a proper orientation at delivery time... and so Andre came to our house to ensure that i had a proper introduction to the many features of this car. There are many! Also "extra" was the whole team's effort to help my customize my car with stripes in my two favourite colours.... i don't think anyone else has this combination and that's really fun for me. The consultation with financing was productive, and i have protected my car in a couple ways that make me feel confident. Finally, because my brand new car was on a truck somewhere in Toronto, it was only a hope to have delivered to St. Catharines and customized to be ready for a big event that i was a nervous to officiate, and the team made that happen somehow. Maybe my happiness spilled over into my public speaking, who knows, but things went well that night. Well, I guess you can see how happy i am with the whole experience! Most dealerships are great with the purchasing phase, it is post sales that their true colours show. This dealership does not care about you after they sell you something. They keep saying they will get back to me but they never do, I have emails to back this up if someone is interested. This is not isolated to one issue. They have yet to help or communicate back to me on anything. I would never subject myself to this lack of service again. More
