Milton Toyota's service department never fails to make me feel like a valued customer! I went into the service bay today to see if someone could help me put on the new wiper blades I had purchased. Just wanted to say thank you for the outstanding service provided by Steven and to the Mechanic(s). I had my Highlander in for service yesterday and today (regular maintenance and some wear and tear items) provided by Steven and to the Mechanic(s). I had my Highlander in for service yesterday and today (regular maintenance and some wear and tear items). Steven kept me apprised of the work status very well (and often) and explained what needed to be done with my vehicle. The work was completed even earlier than expected and my Highlander was much cleaner than when I dropped it off. Thank you! More

Once that was done, I called Milton Toy Last Friday, my car failed to start. I had to request someone for a boost to my battery to get it started. Once that was done, I called Milton Toyota to enquire if I could take my car to them immediately to have the battery replaced. They were fully booked with appointments that day! However, when I was connected to Jitesh Mistry, upon hearing my dilemma, he told me to bring my car and he will arrange for it to be serviced! I was extremely relieved! I drove immediately to Milton Toyota. Jitesh arranged for the battery to be replaced and I was very happy. Jitesh has always treated me with great respect and courtesy. He is a fine gentleman and I like dealing with him. He is an asset to your Service Centre! In fact, all your staff are very pleasant and courteous. We are sitting in our siloes without any human interaction. The phone call from Rosa today was like a warn caress. She was professional but not cold. She made me feel as if I am talking to a friend. Someone that I can trust. In today's commercial world this is something very precious. This is something that can tug at my heart strings when I am deciding to buy or lease my next car. I had a ten year old Toyota RAV4 that was still in excellent shape. If it weren’t for the fact we have two teenagers and needed a bigger car I’d still own it. That’s how good the condition was. Every dealer we visited tried to low ball the trade-in. Not Milton Toyota. They gave me the full Kelly Blue Book value against an excellent used Highlander. Scott was clear and fair in every detail. We weren’t sure about which vehicle and he was patient and clear. Offered good advice and in the end helped us decide. Brining in each vehicle so we could see the differences and clearly sharing all the differences in pricing and features. He offered advice but didn’t push his opinion. As he said, “You’re making the decision, I’m here to help you be confident you made the right one.” He helped us weigh the pros/cons of each model and we love our Highlander. Scott was exactly the sales person me and my wife needed to get exactly the car we needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Milton and would easily recommend Scott to our Friends and Family. More
