The sales person was great, down to earth and none of the usual back and forth when negotiating. It was the fastest deal (and probably the best😁) deal I ever made buying a car. I went there for service as well and was equally pleased. This dealership is the best in the west GTA that I found and I tried 2 others previously both for sales and service. Milton Toyota is the best run overall and the owners go out of their way to provide excellent customer experience. They're not the closest dealership to me but the extra drive is worth it. If you're in Mississauga or Oakville you should give them a try, you won't be disappointed. More

Service during Pandemic April 8 2020 I brought my car this morning for service (tire alignment , swap winter tires for summer tires , oil change and filter change) . I par April 8 2020 I brought my car this morning for service (tire alignment , swap winter tires for summer tires , oil change and filter change) . I parked the car outside the drive in bay and left a note on the windshield with my name , phone number and the things I wanted done on the car . I stayed outside in the parking lot while the attendant drove the car inside . Within a few minutes Steven Persaud called me about the work and the price which was fine. I told him I did not want to come in the facility . He understood my concern . He said that was fine and he would call me when the work was done and come out so I could pay for the service . He went over the work order with me . He also sanitized the credit card machine and my key . He also told me that all the touch points in the car were sanitized was well . When the car was first brought out the steering wheel and drivers seat was covered in plastic . I am thankful and very appreciative that Steven was able to accommodate me in this stressful time .
