However, when I was connected to Jitesh Mistry, upon hearing my dilemma, he told me to bring my car and he will arrange for it to be serviced! I was extremely relieved! I drove immediately to Milton Toyota. Jitesh arranged for the battery to be replaced and I was very happy. Jitesh has always treated me with great respect and courtesy. He is a fine gentleman and I like dealing with him. He is an asset to your Service Centre! In fact, all your staff are very pleasant and courteous. I had a ten year old Toyota RAV4 that was still in excellent shape. If it weren’t for the fact we have two teenagers and needed a bigger car I’d still own it. That’s how good the condition was. Every dealer we visited tried to low ball the trade-in. Not Milton Toyota. They gave me the full Kelly Blue Book value against an excellent used Highlander. Scott was clear and fair in every detail. We weren’t sure about which vehicle and he was patient and clear. Offered good advice and in the end helped us decide. Brining in each vehicle so we could see the differences and clearly sharing all the differences in pricing and features. He offered advice but didn’t push his opinion. As he said, “You’re making the decision, I’m here to help you be confident you made the right one.” He helped us weigh the pros/cons of each model and we love our Highlander. Scott was exactly the sales person me and my wife needed to get exactly the car we needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Milton and would easily recommend Scott to our Friends and Family. More

My decision to buy a Toyota was not easy. I am brand-loyal. I've always owned Hondas (8 total in my life time so far) and I still own a 2013 Accord Touring and 2010 Odyssey Touring... and now a brand new Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro! Don't get me wrong, I still enjoy and love my Hondas but since we bought an 18-ft travel trailer, we needed a multi-purpose vehicle for towing and for everyday use so it was both a need and a want =) I was back and forth between an SUV or a truck. After countless Youtube videos and going through endless vehicle reviews of various makes, I decided I wanted a truck. This narrowed down my choice to either a Tacoma or the F-150. Yes, the choice should have been between a Ford Ranger and a Tacoma to make it apples-to-apples comparison but if I were to buy a Ford, it would only be an F-150, period. Since I didn't want a full-sized truck as it won't be easy for my wife to drive (at least that's our opinion) and she will be using it mainly (coz I want to keep enjoying my stick-shift Accord Touring), the F-150 was scratched off the short list. Unfortunately, Honda had no contenders from my perspective. Their so-so options are all under-powered and not to mention the Ridgeline looks like a tall sedan with a box and both the Pilot and Passport are ugly... no excuse me, what I meant to say was plain and basic (sorry, I just don't know how to properly describe it but it's not positive). I wanted a mid-sized truck that looks, sounds and performs like a truck. At the same time, that my wife would approve of and not to mention, a real head-turner for sure and not just another vehicle on the road. Toyota checked all of our boxes so we are extremely happy and proud with the choice - the Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro with all the bells and whistles that we wanted (I mean needed)! After driving this baby for a week and putting not even 1k clicks, a system error message came up (pre-collition system malfunction error). At any rate, although it was too soon and unexpected, this gave me the opportunity to test out the service department. First of, setting up an appointment was convenient and super easy as it's a self-serve online application. Second, when I got to the shop and although it was late Friday afternoon, I was happily welcomed by Mateo and every Milton Toyota employee that I bumped into. Everyone was smiling and I forgot that I was pissed for coming in this soon! Finally, the service department identified the issue and resolved it reasonably quickly which turns out to be a calibration adjustment. So overall from sales, financing, delivery and service, I'm very satisfied that I bought a Toyota from Milton Toyota! More

The sales person was great, down to earth and none of the usual back and forth when negotiating. It was the fastest deal (and probably the best😁) deal I ever made buying a car. I went there for service as well and was equally pleased. This dealership is the best in the west GTA that I found and I tried 2 others previously both for sales and service. Milton Toyota is the best run overall and the owners go out of their way to provide excellent customer experience. They're not the closest dealership to me but the extra drive is worth it. If you're in Mississauga or Oakville you should give them a try, you won't be disappointed. More
