Hyundai Santa Fe Recall repair completed recently My Hyundai Santa Fe was in for oil leak check: Service Advisor Thompson & the technician on 6/28 correctly identified the leak from front valve cover My Hyundai Santa Fe was in for oil leak check: Service Advisor Thompson & the technician on 6/28 correctly identified the leak from front valve cover gasket and into alternator. Since that was a recall issue, the Service Manager Miranda followed up expeditiously & closely with Hyundai Canada to get the approval and parts required. The gasket & alternator were immediately replaced after parts delivered. Thanks to both Thompson, Miranda and the technician for getting the job done right. More

Short block engine recall. I took my vehicle in for the repair and there was a situation that the job was delayed in starting a whole day. This was not good.!!! Now the goo I took my vehicle in for the repair and there was a situation that the job was delayed in starting a whole day. This was not good.!!! Now the good part. I spoke with the Service Manager Miranda Hobson, and she made no excuses, and apologized and fixed the situation by providing a courtesy car and told me that a mechanic would be booked for me the next day (Saturday) and the job would be completed. She called me at 1730 on Saturday to advise me my car was ready for pick up. I returned the loaner car and was on my way !! The car is running great now. I was told the truth, and Miranda solved my issues quickly and professionally. Milton Hyundai customers are in good hands with Mianada Hobson. Thanks again Miranda !!! My vehicle was a Elantra 2013.
