Parts and Service On March 27, 2018 we brought our Dodge Ram pick up truck in for repair. It needed a new sept belt and an idler. 475 kilometres later, on our way to On March 27, 2018 we brought our Dodge Ram pick up truck in for repair. It needed a new sept belt and an idler. 475 kilometres later, on our way to Montreal our Dodge Ram pick up truck experienced the exact same problem. Problems with the sept belt and the idler. Luckily we were close to Belleville and they had to re-do all of the work that was done in Milton. We had to rent a truck for the weekend, had to take a vacation day on the Monday because that was when the truck re-repair would be finished. When I went back to Milton to complain that they never did the job properly and I expected some compensation - well, they offered nothing at all. If they would have replaced both idlers, we would not have had this headache and extra expense ( we had to pay for labour two times) This is our second time we have been completely dissatisfied and we will never get our truck serviced here again. There is another Dodge dealer in town and we will go there. More
