Fantastic buying experience I showed up to Milton Chrysler with my wife AND 3 children. Joe De Oliveira greeted us upon arrival but gave us lots of room to look. We wanted a 2017 I showed up to Milton Chrysler with my wife AND 3 children. Joe De Oliveira greeted us upon arrival but gave us lots of room to look. We wanted a 2017 wrangler unlimited and they had 3 on the lot. We test drove all of them and weighed the options while Joe patiently waited for any decision. One big illegal scam I bought a used Dodge Dart from them back in December 2017. I wasn't informed the car came with a turbo engine or offered a chance to even view the ve I bought a used Dodge Dart from them back in December 2017. I wasn't informed the car came with a turbo engine or offered a chance to even view the vehicle. The finance manager i spoke with did everything through email, didn't give me pictures of the inside nor did she tell me the dash was destroyed from cheap plasti dip and the car had destroyed vinyl wrap through the entire car. She arranged drop off which was delayed day after day and when it finally arrived, it was delivered hours late and i couldn't see how bad the dashboard was. Against my better judgement, i contacted Nicole again because they had a newer Dodge Dart i was interested in. In June of 2018 i asked to simply see if it was possible to get into the newer Dart and 4-5 days later she was telling me i needed a payout request from my current loan and the car was being delivered. I hadn't been asked if i was proceeding with the purchase or asked to again view the vehicle. Based off the online ad, i was being sold a 2014 Dodge Dart, 6 speed manual, Ralley addition. I asked multiple times if the vehicle had any damage like my last and i was told NO, ABSOLUTELY NOT. My previous loan was paid out and my hands were tied so i agreed to be home for delivery. When the car was delivered, it was not a 6 speed manual, it was an automatic. It was also NOT a ralley addition, it was an SXT and i lost out on options that ultimately sold me the car. When i complained about the bill of sale changes and issues the sales manager told me he wasn't doing anything about it. A day after having the car, i noticed a bad vibration. I called the dealership and asked why there was a safety done if the tire was vibrating, TIRES ARE APART OF A SAFETY LEGALLY, was told not to worry. It wasn't until i disclosed my father being a mechanic that they told me they would drop off a loaner and take mine to service it. Two days later, my car is delivered again and i noticed it had been smoked in and there were cigarette ashes all over the front seat, the dash and my passenger seat. My rims were badly damaged STILL and the vibration was still really bad. So i took the car into another dealership and they pointed out my two rear tires are AN INCH AND A QUARTER BIGGER THAN MY FRONT. Which is against the law to safety a vehicle like that. I specifically requested Milton Chrsyler to use a different mechanic from the first because is was clearly negligent from the start and they ignored my request. When i called and spoke to the person i was told would fix the problem he told me he wasn't dealing with it anymore. I could have a $600 cheque but he was tired of this sale. I advise anyone looking to buy a vehicle to steer clear of Milton Chrysler. And if you are having your vehicle serviced, DO NOT let Barry Pickett touch your car. Because of the negligent job done not once, but twice, I contacted both Chrysler Canada and the Ministry of Transportation - both confirmed that entire sale and everyone involved was at fault. Never, ever, deal with this place. Every BBB review is negative for service issues. Go to any chrysler dealership outside of this one. More
