Brought my Murano in for brake service. There were some outstanding service issues that had not been completed. They gave me a break on the bill due to the extra servicing, arranged for a ride to and from outstanding service issues that had not been completed. I have had great service at Midway Nissan. I bought a used Rogue from a different dealership but brought it here for service. Midway Nissan dealt with the other dealership and my extended warranty (altho used Rogue from a different dealership but brought it here for service. Midway Nissan dealt with the other dealership and my extended warranty (although there was a $100 deductible each visit) for the costs and fixed the check engine light problem, the gas tank cover and replaced 2 lights. They also replaced a cover/cap in the back that was missing, free of charge :-) I found them to be polite, capable and prompt. And during COVID their protocols were excellent. I recommend Midway Nissan. More
