We purchased a 2018 Honda Odyssey from Midtown the beginning of June 2025, sale went great Sales Rep Ravneet Singh promised us we would have a small dent pulled out and a couple of scratches buffed ou beginning of June 2025, sale went great Sales Rep Ravneet Singh promised us we would have a small dent pulled out and a couple of scratches buffed out before we picked up the van. They were never done, also said we would get a full tank of gas, we had to fight to get it filled up. Now we have had it 3 weeks and it needs an oil change, they didn't even do an oil change before they sold it. This is our 8 Honda vehicle we have owned and were purchased from another dealership, that have been great but Midtown Honda likes to over promise and under deliver. Would not recommend to purchase from them. Send an email to the General Manager Daniel Da Silva and haven't heard back since he said he would investigate, I guess they now have my money no need to follow up. More

Getting far to many calls in regards servicing my 2023 cr-v, since purchasing it in April of 2023. Feel like I am being harassed. This dealership is out to scam you! I purchased a 2019 Honda from them - seemed like a good deal. Financing was my choice of payment method. I wasn't given a choice of how the financing I purchased a 2019 Honda from them - seemed like a good deal. Financing was my choice of payment method. I wasn't given a choice of how the financing would be done - they told me the financing was through a bank. Fast forward 4 years when I went to buy a second Honda, only to find out that I do not qualify for the Honda customer loyalty program because the financing was done through the bank instead of Honda Finance. The dealership should have told me this from the outset, or at least given me the option. I have tried numerous times to speak to management at Midtown Honda to see if they would rectify the problem and there has been no response. Buyer beware - I would NOT under any circumstances buy from this dealership again. The loyalty program SHOULD have provided a $750 rebate on my new car. Instead they offered $0. Midtown Honda SHOULD take responsibility for this. More
Kevin Yoo is unprofessional, threatening, makes false accusations, and promises. On 2023/07/10 When I told Kevin I wanted to secure a car he told me and my father that a $500 deposit would have to be accusations, and promises. On 2023/07/10 When I told Kevin I wanted to secure a car he told me and my father that a $500 deposit would have to be made but that the money would be refunded at all costs (changing your mind, being approved, or declined). On 2023/07/11 I changed my mind about getting the car and sent a text to Kevin. He completely ignored my messages. This resulted in me coming into the dealership myself on 2023/07/12. Kevin confessed he had read my text but had decided he will not return back the money because I lied to him, backstabbed him, betrayed him, and never told him I was looking around for other cars. Kevin proceeded in saying several times that he will not return the money back to me. He also threatened me by saying that he can mess up my credit and call other dealers to decline my applications. He also said that he will call the other dealers himself and say that I said that I will not be getting a car from them. In a very sarcastic way, he also said I hope you actually can get another car if you can. ..........He continued to say a lot more but I can not put them into words..... He was yelling all this to me in the Honda dealership while there were customers shopping around and other employees sitting behind in at his desk. The only thing that I kept answering was "I changed my mind I am not obligated to buy this car. You told me and my father that the deposit will be refunded at all costs and that I never signed a paper indicating that I couldn't keep searching for other cars" In the end, I was told to return back today 2023/07/13 for the complete refund. Upon arrival I expected Kevin to do the transaction since at the beginning I was told only he could do it. However, he sent someone else to do it. I type this review as a form of protecting and serving our community no one should be treated this way. More
