I have been trying to get them to cancel the oil change package for months, (I'm moving and no longer need it) by phone and in person. They try to shoo me away and say someone will call but they never do. They told me canceling a service would be an easy phone call. Nobody seems to care when they don't get a little extra coin. I feel stuck and frustrated as I do not have the money to be paying for a service I'm not using. More

I found it on their website where it is easy to search new and used inventory with decent write-ups. I viewed and test drove a couple trade-ins before making a decision. The technical specialist was fully knowledgeable with all the features in the models and answered all my questions. The sales specialist went over the car proof and dealt fairly with me, honouring a family discount for previously buying from their lot. I was interested in add-in’s, like a hitch and Bluetooth. They went over the OEM and after market options and let me make the decision. They answered all my questions and stood by their representations. Once a deal was reached the car was ready in one business day with the hitch installed. Financing and ICBC were approved and setup the same day. I was very impressed with the sales process and would like to thank Tiago and Ezekiel. More

I have been wanting to upgrade to a larger safer Outlander for over a year now. I am finally in the vehical I want. I would recomend the Sales department at Burnaby Mitsubishi to anyone. The managers in the sales department were fantastic and all spent time to talk to me about my decision and switch from a smaller to bigger vehicle. They were very positive, friendly, and helpful. My car is way more responsive and runs well. Only complaint I have is the building is old and could use a renovation and have a larger waiting area for guests. More

I brought the car in while under the "3 month warranty" for sending problems. All I got from service was that "it is normal" and they wouldn't do anything and wouldn't waste any time investigating further. I brought the car to a mechanic and there were problems and they fixed it right away. Not the best experience. I also brought it in for a burning smell when driving up hills during the "3 month warranty" and the person attempted to convince me that it was normal and all cars that are older do this. I bring it to my mechanic and he says it's the catalytic converter and would be quite expensive to fix. Mitsubishi wouldn't do anything about it. Now winter comes along and I want to change my tires. I search the car for my key for the locking nut and it's not in the car. I call Mitsubishi on multiple days and they tell me they will call me back. And they don't. Then finally I talk to someone "who can help" and they tell me they can remove the lock nuts for 60 dollars and I'll have to buy a new set as well. Forget it. 1/5 Tl;dr. The sales team pre-sale was great. Post-sale the experience was horrendous. Out of all the dealer's I have dealt with it was the worst. More
