Recently, I was involved in a car accident and brought my car in for repairs at a small autob Absolutely awesome service! I bought my Mazda 3 in 2013. Recently, I was involved in a car accident and brought my car in for repairs at a small autobody shop. However, a weird noise started coming up a few days after I got my vehicle back. I called my Mazda salesman for a second opinion, Omer Nazami, and he connected me with the service department. They were completely booked for that day, but fitted me in for a quick inspection in case the "weird noise" was a safety concern. Turns out the wheel was coming loose due to a poor repair job by the autobody shop, and it was not safe to drive. However, the sales manager, Robert Quinn, went above and beyond by providing me a courtesy car for the day until I could get it sorted out with ICBC. The accident and repairs did not involve Metrotown Mazda at all, but they went out of their way to help me out and provide excellent service. I bought the car nearly 2 years ago, but they still remembered me and provided me help without hesitation. A special shout out to Omer Nazami and Robert Quinn for all their help!!! More

The sales representative that was working with me was friendly.. He did try to tell me about the car that i was considering.. Until one of his coworkers asked him to get out of the car because he was goi friendly.. He did try to tell me about the car that i was considering.. Until one of his coworkers asked him to get out of the car because he was going to show it to his clients. My rep just asked me to step off the car and the other guy went in with his clients without even saying anything to me. My rep tried to show me other cars but i decided to leave not long after. More
