He stayed in touch throughout the whole process, always letting me know when a new CX5 had been brought it. He was very helpful and I would definitely recommend him if you are looking to buy a Mazda. Although Raymond is a young sales rep, his attitudes with customers made me feel pleasant. After I purchased the car, he is still always available to answer my questions whenever I have. He can respond my text messages as fast as he can. He is a reliable and friendly sales rep. Raymond is highly recommended to work with! Julia (a school teacher) More

This time, I was dealing with Albert as I was referred to him by a family friend. He was slightly aggressive in his sales tactics and was doing what a salesperson would do. Everything seems fine until the delivery date. Albert told me to submit my information for the finance approval. He also told me I would have time to decide whether I want to actually lease the car. So I agreed on an earlier delivery date with the mindset that I can change my decision. Unfortunately, the earlier delivery date is now my warranty and roadside assistance start date. It started 2 weeks before I eventually got my car. I have yet to hear back whether this has been adjusted. My salesperson from the previous lease appeared to have an issue with me getting the car through Albert. At the end, Eric, my previous salesperson, and Albert settled the issue. I was informed that Eric will complete the final delivery. I did not object with the arrangement since the pricing has already been agreed upon. It did not go as smooth as I would have hoped. When I arrived at the dealership on the day of the delivery, the monthly payment was incorrect on the paperwork. The documents reflected the original pricing. Luckily, I kept the email correspondence and showed the finance person the updated price. By the way, Albert came into the office at one point and did not acknowledge my existence. I find that very rude. Furthermore, I was promised the Zoom Zoom Card and all weather mats. Neither was provided on the delivery date. When Eric was showing me the car, I had to inquire about the all weather mats. Eric appeared to have no knowledge about this promise and had to ask Albert. Albert came out and did not apologize. He only said the mats were back ordered. I am surprised nothing was reserved over the two weeks when I agreed to lease the car to the time of the delivery. In fact, I was emailed the day after the delivery date that the mats are available. I had to drive to the dealership again to pick up the mats. As for the Zoom Zoom Card, both Eric and Albert claimed they will add me to the system. As of this day, I have yet to receive confirmation. Albert also promised to pay the remainder of my lease for my first car. When I got there, I was given the impression that the dealership was not doing any paperwork to transfer ownership. At the end of the day, the dealership took the keys and removed the license plate. I had my trade near the end of the March. I was charged in April my payment for the previous car. I was not advised by anyone that this may happen. I had to email the dealership about my concerns. I was then informed the paperwork has gone through and that I should be refunded my costs by the leasing company. I wish they told me in advance so that I can set aside an amount for the 10 days I had to wait to get my money refunded. Overall, I find this experience to be extremely frustrating. It seems like the dealership will only contact you when they want to push you for the sale. I had to follow up on every problem that came up during this transaction and made multiple trips to the dealership. I find professionalism missing from the moment I agreed to lease the car. More

Recently they have been pressure selling me on things I need to service. They stored my all season tires which were fine but when they came out of storage all of a sudden they needed to be replaced for $1000 dollars. Then they told me my brakes were at 3% and I needed to get them fixed ASAP. When I went to a brake centre for a second opinion they said they couldn't replace my brakes because it would be fraudulent as they had 65% left on them. I am angry that they appear to be taking advantage of me. Not going back. More

I knew the car and specs I wanted, but was also was willing to travel to any dealer in the Vancouver area for the car at a fair price. Right from the start, all of the people I communicated with at Metrotown Mazda were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to - no pressure and no typical sales dancing. In the end, the sales manager (Robert) was genuinely interested in reaching a fair price and we agreed to a deal in less than an hour. I do not live in the Burnaby area, and when I visited the dealership a couple of times, I met the GM (Sean), a technician (Todd), a financial services guy (Nav) and the lease manager (Albert) and I was impressed by the every member of the "team" at Metrotown. Overall, a very positive experience and this does not always happen at car dealerships. More
